The reason why this trade was a winner is because it was aligned with orderflow. After entry, the orderflow continued to drive price in the bullish direction until such time as my decision to exit.
NO OTHER REASON.
It's not a winner because the trend was up. That may be a valid reason to enter the trade, but it's not a reason for the trade becoming a winner.
It's not a winner because the pullback had stalled. That may be a valid reason to enter the trade, but it's not a reason for the trade becoming a winner.
It's not a winner because volume supported continuation by expanding on rallies and falling on pullbacks. That may be a valid reason to enter the trade, but it's not a reason for the trade becoming a winner.
It's not a winner because of any other analysis technique you can suggest. Once again, your analysis technique may be a valid reason to enter the trade, but it's not a reason for the trade becoming a winner.
The only reason why this trade was a winner is because, after entry, orderflow was bullish.
Until you really understand this… you're not going to be consistently profitable.
